The Krups KH734D50 is a German toaster suited for family use. It is a generous 4-slice model with two separate toasting zones and independent control panels. It is sturdy, quite large, good looking and durable. It is a bit slower than other toasters, but it compensates in features and quality.
The KH734D pop-up toaster is manufactured by Krups, which is a German company. Krups produces kitchen appliances and it is on the market since 1846.

The KH734D50 is good looking and has a brushed and chrome stainless steel housing. It comes wwith removable crumb trays, high-lift lever and is a family-sized toaster. The slots are extra-deep to ensure an even browning of your bread. You can spot the German standard of construction at the first sight. This is a solid, durable appliance that can last you a lifetime.
The KH734D50 is a pretty large toaster so if you have a limited space on your kitchen counter, you’d be advised to do some measurements before purchasing it.
The fact that the toaster has two independent toasting zones means that you can prepare different items at the same time, using different settings based on preference.
The extra-large and deep slots of the KH734D50 will not just fit nearly every type of bread or pastry, bagel and so on, but will also ensure your items will get toasted evenly and properly.
Each toasting zone has its own control panel which consists of a Cancel button, 3 toasting options (Defrost, Reheat, Bagel), each with a blue LED indicator and a rotating button with 6 levels of browning. There is also a high-lift lever for each side, so you won’t get burned when taking out your slices, especially the smaller ones. The housing of the toaster doesn’t get too hot either, which is another plus.
Another advantage are the removable crumb trays, which make the KH734D50 easy to clean. Also, by being able to remove the crumbs so effortlessly you can also prevent any fire hazards. There is a removable crumb tray for each section.
The KH734D50 behaved really impressive during our tests. It did take a longer time to toast our items than with other competitors, but the results were always satisfying. You can really feed an entire family with this Krups toaster and the best part about it is that you can toast different items simultaneously, thanks to the two independent control panels. Aside from the fact that it is a bit slower than other toasters, we have nothing but praising words for the KH734D50.
On the official Krups website, the KH734D50 toaster is priced at $79.99. The product comes with a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty. You can also extend your warranty for an amount of money.
