The MMF06 is basically a large, black, rubberized foot pad which vibrates. It has a bar at the top, which is useful for your arches or targeting those pressure points. It is quite heavy but also has a durable, high quality construction. The foot massager is very ergonomic and was designed for clinical use. You can use it barefoot, with socks or even with your shoes. It is large enough to fit any foot size.
The MedMassager comes with a kit you can use on hardwood or tiled floors for instance. It helps in keeping the massager stable and not slide. It also protects those surfaces from any scratches.
The MedMassager MMF06 is quite simplistic, it has only one knob in the top-right, from which you can adjust the speed level. There’s the OFF position and 11 available speeds. You simply place your feet on the pad and enjoy the vibration massage. You can also crawl your toes around the arch bar or move your feet over it slowly and rhythmically for several minutes, as advised in the manual. You’ll get some other recommendations in the manual as well, on how you can use the machine at its full potential. The MedMassager also allows you to massage your calves’ muscles, by angling the pad and placing your calves on it. Your Achilles tendon can also get massaged with the MedMassager.

The oscillation of the pad is pretty strong, especially on the higher settings, which can be unpleasant for some people. On the other hand, this powerful vibration is what helps with your blood circulation. Your feet will get warm after using the massager for a few minutes.

Overall, we consider the MedMassager to be a solid, high-quality product, although quite limited in features, considering the steep price. What it does, it does impressively well, but it has no other function than vibrating. There is no heat and there are no rollers. But it is a powerful, FDA approved foot massager, tailored not just for personal use, but also by doctors and therapists.
